Design a bespoke/tailor made solution based on customer requirements
Include all aspects of analysis sample prep, chromatographic system (inlet) and detector
Discuss with customer how this tailor made solution will work in their lab and point out the potential advantages over their present work flows. e.g. Increased data quality, lower LLOQs, reduced costs, high-throughput (faster TATs), greater robustness
Phase 3 (build and validation)
Run customer samples in the BioApp demo lab to demonstrate the solution on these samples
Coordinate demo activities with other partners to maximise quality and efficiency
Discuss results with customer and highlight the benefits in terms of, data quality, sensitivity, costs, throughput and robustness
